We are hiring a Sales Director Europe for a leading manufacturer of sensors and electronic components with base in Germany.The Sales Director Europe will drive the Sales Team with a clear strategy for the region to achieve growth and customer satisfaction at all times.Working with the Sales Team, the Sales Director Europe will require a strong leadership and strategic mind set to drive the cross functional Sales team.Responsibilities:
Identify & close successfully new business opportunitiesEstablish strong relationships with decision makers at all levels.Define and drive regional growth strategy. Ensuring execution.Strategic planningCoach and empower the local sales team.
