Interim Governance Consultant (Charity Governance)Manchester
£400 - £500 per day
The ideal candidate will have experience in charity governance.
The role includes, but is not limited to:
* Review of current governance structure / existing ToR
* Development of Schedule of Delegation / Constitution
* Development of Schedule of Authorisation
* Review of Articles of Association v Business Plan
* Annual Calendar for Board
* Stakeholder engagement including Board
* Review of conflicts of interest
