Market leading FinTech with a SaaS based platform for clients within Financial ServicesDelivering excellence and working closely with developers, DevOps and QuantsClient DetailsEstablished FinTech with a SaaS based platform for their clients within the Banking, Investment, Wealth/Fund Management sectors within Financial Services to ensure they make the best decisions on their investments.DescriptionApplication Support Analyst, London will be responsible for:Maintain best-practice processes and procedures for operating and ever evolving platform at scaleMonitor systems using application systems such as SQLCollaborate closely with Development and Infrastructure teams to attract new customerswork with developers to design improvements to add value to the customersTriaging incoming tickets, performing analysis, and resolving customer issuesProvide 1st and 2nd line support to the company's global networkProfileApplication Support Analyst, London will be: 2 years platform / support/ app support experience at a Financial services or Financial technology firmExperience in 1st or 2nd line application support tole in a customer facing environmentFamiliarity with financial markets, data, investment management and portfolio constructionAbility to analyse, transform and work with large datasetsLooking for a varied role that will give exposure in end to end processesExcellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, with both customers and colleaguesA logical ability to troubleshoot problems and a passion for helping othersJob OfferApplication Support Analyst, London will be offered:Salary: £40K- £50kHolidayPensionDiscretionary BonusFlexible workingOther benefits to be discussed upon successful interview
