Junior Developer - Birmingham - c£25,000Junior Developer - Birmingham - c£25,000 My client, the fastest growing, most innovative Investment Platform and Software provider, is looking for Junior Developers to join their team. Key responsibilities: Work within the development team to develop, maintain, and implement software components across the product portfolio.Assist in the troubleshooting, fixing and support of software defects.Engage with other aspects of the development process such as spec reviews. Key attributes:To be successful will need to have strong motivation to learn new skills and concepts; the role will require learning about business specific processes used in the financial industry, in order to deliver technical solutions.Ability to analyse a problem domain and devise appropriate solutions.Good communication & collaboration skillsGood Organisational skills and ability to manage own time.
