Our client is a global financial services organisation. They are the first organisation of size in Europe to be implementing Workday Accounting Centre and need a Senior Project Manager to act as Cutover Manager to ensure cutover is in governance and that the steering committee is making informed decisions re Go / No go. You will ensure releases adhere to IT governance for service introduction and that cutover is robustly planned.
Key skills
Project Management / Programme Management
Programme cutover experience
Strong background in finance functions / IT Finance change
Ideally: accounting / general ledger GL / Treasury / Credit Risk
Experience in an IT delivery role
IT back office systems
Workday extremely helpful
Cloud implementations helpful.
This role will suit an individual with who will enjoy being involved in a significant programme. The first large scale implementation on Workday Accounting Centre in Europe. A role needing intense attention to detail focusing on the cutover governance.
This role is offered in a fixed term contract. You will be directly employed by the organisation for the 8 month term and receive a pro-rata base salary of c. £80k and benefits on top. A good leaver bonus is also offered.
