Embedded Firmware Engineer required for a global provider of low power ICs for the Consumer, Industrial and Automotive industries. ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and direction to the firmware development teamPerform system architecting, analysis, specification, design, implementation, verification, characterisation, and documentation of complex embedded firmwareCollaborate with cross-disciplinary stakeholders inside the company as well as key customers throughout the product development life cycleRequirements
BSEE, BSCS, BSCE or MS Technical leadership experienceA background in architecting, designing, implementation, and testing firmwareProven experience with firmware design methodologies including requirements and specification capture, test planning, design, implementation review, validation and continuous improvementC and C++ languages running in microcontroller environmentsLinux or Windows scriptingReal-time embedded systems development and debug of bare metal and RTOS platformsClear written and spoken communicationEmbedded systems testing (black box, unit, functional)
