Technical Architect/LeadThis client is currently using Avaya as their cloud hosted telephony platform for all internal and customer voice interactions although this is coming to its end of its life which means they're looking to migrate their ERP and CRM solutions to ServiceNow and MS Dynamics.Responsibilities:Hands-on analysis, design, implementation, and documentation of the UC projectWorking with a team of engineers, project managers & third-party solution providersTechnically manage the migration of service from the current Avaya platform to a new solutionCurrent platform documentation (Technical understanding only)Technical requirement gatheringArchitecture design (diagrams and documentation)Analysis and simplification of contact centre flows (working with contact centre owners)Infrastructure implementation & migration plan (working with project manager)Platform migrationDe-coupling of Avaya platform from the groupVendor management & engagement
