The Product Manager plays a key role within Data & Analytics, owning solution development and leading the squad from high level proposal through to delivery. Your role will have direct impact on Unilever's purpose: to make sustainable living commonplace.DescriptionAs the Product Manager: Data & Analytics your key areas of focus will be:Be the bridge between business users and the product development team to define and develop product features that meets the needs / opportunities of business users. Own Product roadmap delivery and go-to-market strategy in Europe, including management of budgets associated with new product functionalities.Own products developed in BAU ensuring desired levels of Adoption and User satisfaction (tracked through Users, Usage and NPS). Work with the business/ Solutions to ensure DevOps requests are appropriately managed, budgeted and deliveredCo-own adoption and change management in partnership with the Market teams / Insight Hubs and measured through KPI's - Users, Usage, NPS and Financial ImpactOversee product functional/non-functional design and ensure Capability Teams develop solutions which meet the business requirementsWork with the Business Data Lake, Solution & Automation/Operations Factories to ensure project deliverables are in-line with project expectations.Work with the Global Analytics Platform team to ensure edge to edge user journeys and best in class User experience ProfileAbout You:The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded commercial and analytics professional. They will have a deep knowledge of operations and the value chain in a consumer goods company, that is complemented by application of data management, data strategy or business information intelligence, and emerging technologies required to deliver a world class data service.Thorough experience in Data / Analytics including experience working with Marketing / R&D Stakeholder management skills.Analytics project delivery experience Ability to influence senior leaders on developing the data and insights strategy for Employee Ops, Mktg, R&D, HR, InnovationAbility to communicate complex analytic and data science solutions in a precise, and actionable manner to senior managementTechnical expertise to dissect data/analytics solutions and "know what good looks like" Experience building business cases and owning delivery of the projects/programsAbility to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously in a highly dynamic and competitive marketAbility to work as a part of a cross-functional team and work in an agile manner without necessarily having a traditional team set-upManaging virtual teams with through influencing virtual stakeholders Job OfferRewards and benefits are just one part of the reason Unilever is a great place to work.
