Job Title:Devops EngineerInside IR 35Location:London Department/Practice: Job Purpose and primary objectives: Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team): Team MemberKey Skills/Knowledge: AWS, CI/CD, IaaC model, Jenkins/Bitbucket, Gitlab Experience required: Business level proficiency in the English language - written and verbal Detailed knowledge of CI/CD methodology Detailed knowledge and experience of creating Jenkins/Bitbucket pipelines Detailed knowledge and experience with IaaC model A good working knowledge of other AWS cloud services (DynamoDB, Redis, CloudFront, etc) A good working knowledge of git (via Gitlab and/or Bitbucket) A good knowledge of containerization model The ability to work autonomously - within loosely defined parameters The ability to persuade & influence others The ability to lead collaborations and concessions, removing/reducing conflict and confrontation A detailed and data-driven approach to planning & risk management Being politically aware on engaging with different stakeholders - sometimes with conflicting requirements and/or priorities Prior experience of Agile project management practices Prior experience of source code control and branching/merging practices Prior experience of working within a web development environment Prior experience of working in large corporate enterprises Optional, but preferred Knowledge and experience supporting Node.js / Angular applications Knowledge and experience with Serverless Framework Knowledge and experience with Datadog as monitoring provider Experience working with Jira & Nexus. Duration of the Assignment:6 Months
