We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Manager to join a leading IT Security Consultancy, currently going through a large period of growth - now is a really exciting time to get on board!
This is a client focused role where you will take responsibility for demanding excellence for their clients and internally.
Key Responsibilities:
* To lead the service delivery for a variety of clients
* To analyse value delivery to clients with a view of improving service and capability
* Act as a point of escalation for your clients where required
* Drive continuous process improvements with a view to enhancing customer experience
* To drive company initiatives and drive the vision, strategy and roadmap for the future
Skills & Experience:
* A strong technical understanding in Security, Infrastructure or Networking
* Proven experience of diligent crisis management
* Experience of successful operational management in a 2487 environment (team lead experience)
* Similar experience in an IT Security Management role, preferably service management related.
