Head of Technology - circa 60K

Do you want to make good things happen with digital technology, and raise awareness of digital exclusion and inclusion, particularly with socially excluded groups - in the UK and globally?

We are looking for an experience Head of Technology to lead a team of 9 with 6 direct reports, to work within an agile environment, and be part of an ambitious programme to upgrade and modernise core applications and infrastructure.

You will lead and develop a team of committed developers, testers and sys admins to deliver the technology roadmap, maintain and support digital services to network partners, learners and internal staff and to manage the transition of new platforms.

Skills / Environment (not all essential): management, agile delivery management, technology operations, managing change projects, PHP, AngularJS, MySQL, JavaScript, CRM integration, ISO27001, Salesforce Sales, Service Cloud, voluntary, charity experience.

The successful Head of Technology will be tasked to ensure that their systems are fit for purpose, secure efficient and innovative infrastructure and applications to support the needs of the organisation and their customers.

Salary: up to 60K
