Software Developer Manchester to £75k

Software Developer / Full Stack Developer (JavaScript TypeScript Node Angular React TDD CI/CD AWS). Opportunity for a talented Software Developer to join a successful technology consultancy that offers a comprehensive benefits package and perks including flexible working (work from home), an extensive training and conference budget and 25 days holiday.

As a Software Developer you'll work on a variety of client projects that span from Greenfield work for start-up companies to building mission critical systems for large enterprise clients. You'll work closely with the client technology and development teams to train them in software craftsmanship and best software practises including clean code, TDD and BDD as well as overseeing the delivery of their projects. You'll need to be open to using a variety of technologies and frameworks, always using the best tool for the job at hand.

The company offices are based in Manchester, however you'll have some work from home flexibility.

Requirements:

  • An experienced developer with in depth knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React and Angular
  • You're passionate about technology, seeing it as your craft and you always champion best software practises (TDD, BDD, Pair Programming, Clean Code, Event Driven Architecture and Design)
  • Good knowledge of AWS (will consider Azure or GCP)
  • Excellent understanding of Agile methodology
  • Strong communication, collaboration and client facing skills
