About the Opportunity

This role is for Cloud API Developer who will be part the development team developing enhanced capabilities for the Contact Center solution. The role will involve technical ownership for specific areas of the solution and provides an opportunity to develop technology leading applications based on industry standards using state of the art tools. Working in an Agile development environment, responsibilities include:Build a clear picture of their customers and their needs, with a deep understanding of their business goals.Research and write accurate, to-the-point, API documentation in a structured and easily accessible format for internal and external developers.Liaise with the core documentation team and development teams to ensure our API documentation is consistent and meets the needs of the users.Deliver high-quality API developer content by researching and writing content that connects with their customers,including UI text, sample code, videos, or other educational material.

About You

Ideally, you've been part of teams that have built exciting SaaS and/or PaaS products in your previous roles and loved the satisfaction that comes with knowing that people around the world are using something you've created. You can demonstrate significant impact that your work has had on the product and/or the team.

Strong written and verbal communications and experience working with content in multiple mediumsExperience writing REST API Design and the OpenAPI SpecificationExperience with API documentation tools and environments (Readme.io, Slate, Swagger)Experience with Markdown generators like Hugo/Jekyll and/or Content Management Systems (CMS) like Drupal/Wordpress.
