Are you a Plant / Yard / Operations Manager, from a Recycling / Waste background, looking for a senior management role where you will implement whole site improvements and lead a team of 30? This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in the future growth of this business whilst progressing your career developing your team and raising standards. The company are well established as specialists in their field and have nearly doubled in size in the last year, with huge plans to expand further in the coming years.

You will be responsible for improving operation by monitoring site activities and ensuring compliance to HSE regulations while working to develop and implement continuous improvement systems.

This role would suit an experienced Manager from the waste / recycling industry looking for a role where you be a key figure in implementing new systems and cultures across a rapidly expanding business.
