What are we looking for

As part of the Client Delivery Analyst team you will be a member of a scrum focused on client deliverables. The role will suit a technical and commercially minded individual, focused on delivery. In the role you will be interacting with clients and internal scrum members to ensure the right solution is delivered in a timely fashion, satisfying client needs.

How you'll play your part

Interfacing with clients to gather solution requirements

Understanding the current and proposed business process and working on solutions to deliver clear processes.

Understanding the wider business flows and systems at the customer site.

Analysing/understanding client data

Helping to simplify client requirements into short documents and diagrams to communicate internally and deliver to the client.

Understanding where new solutions overlap with and can re-use elements from existing solutions

Requirements

The experience you'll bring

Proven industry experience as a Business/Solution Analyst at least 5 years or deep relevant experience in building capital markets solutions that process financial instruments

Proven industry experience following Agile Software Development practices

Proven industry experience of working with business stakeholders and external clients

The ability to translate business concepts into system requirements

Knowledge of the typical flows and functionality associated with handing business flows in one or more asset types; equities, fixed income, FX, listed future and option, OTC derivatives
