1st Support Engineer

Chandlers Ford outskirts of Southampton

£18k-£21k + remote working options - Starting ASAP

Permanent / Full Time

The company can accommodate remote interviewing and onboarding during the current environment.

All candidates applying must be eligible to work in the UK, have a full UK drivers licence and pass an enhanced DBS check.

This would be an excellent opportunity for someone with minimum 1 years experience in 1st Line and looking to progress to 2nd Line. You will have the opportunity to work on both business as usual and some Project work.

The position offers scope for progression, training opportunities, an excellent company culture and a starting salary up to £18k-£21k based on experience. Other benefits include company pension, mobile, laptop and use of company van for client visits.

We are looking for candidates with a good mix of the following:

*1 years' experience 1st line support

*Active Directory

*Windows Server 2012+

*Office 365 support

*Windows 10

*PowerShell

*Azure

*VMware or Hyper-V experience

*Hardware support - (Printers, Desktops, phones/mobiles)

*Supporting WiFi and connectivity issues

*Knowledge of VoIP technologies

*Knowledge of Infrastructure devices, such as switches, firewalls and routers
