Remote Project: 3 SolMan Consultants (m/w/d)For my client in Leverkusen I´m looking for 3 SAP SolMan Consultants.Description: The System Health project has been launched to improve the stability of our clients SAP systems in scope. The project is to implement strategies and process improvements to secure systems are secure and up to date and have the clients gain full transparency and control over the systems. To extend the System Health project team we are looking for resources to work in setting up an improved framework using SAP Solution Manager to enhance pro-active monitoring and to harmonize the maintenance into one strategy for SAP all systems. You will participate in not only enhancing existing business process monitoring but also to implement new monitoring and PKI collection. Included in the scope is also to migrate the Solution Manager to the Cloud.For the Health Project we are looking to contract the below three resources to extend the SolMan team1. SAP Expert with deep SolMan and monitoring knowledge: SAP basis experience 3-4 years, knowing SolMan 2-3 years

Experience with all aspects of Solution Manager implementation and process improvements including gathering requirements, designing the future state of Solution Manager in the cloud, as well as supporting testing and post implementation activities. Maintain and improve current on premise SAP monitoring and alerting capability ensuring value is added and outcomes support efficient troubleshooting and faster and efficient issue handling by support teams

Additional skills:

* Technical Monitoring Setup,

* End to End Root Cause Analysis configuration

* Dealt with SAP Solution Manager Configuration involving system preparation, basic configuration, system configuration, etc.

* Support teams education and training on Monitoring functionalities.

Extra: aware of monitoring SAP with basis, OS, DB and application, knowing ITIL processes

Tasks: support SolMan expert to create the monitoring concept, align on parameters, values and instructions, support in rollout plan creation, handle smaller work packages2. SolMan Expert: C Grade: 5-6 years experience in SolMan

Description: As a Solution Manager expert, you will help facilitate multiple process improvements in SAP Solution Manager and prepare for the future design in the Cloud. This role requires deep knowledge of SAP Solution Manager processes and technical capabilities

Additional skills:

* Coordinating with support teams, business, program management teams in deploying project specific solutions

* Designing the Solution Landscape for Solution Manager

Extra: Aware of the current SolMan release and establish already several monitoring concepts with parameter, instructions and communication ways. Deep SAP knowledge (> 5 year) to know which parameter should be in place for all SAP type like CRM, ERP, java. 3-4 years' experience with HANA and Oracle in operation and aware of the operation monitoring which needs to be in place, Experience in Cloud solutions, deep architecture knowledge

Tasks: build up an end to end monitoring concept for sap on cloud including database and OS, from platform prospective but also align with apps, which changes would make sense to include part of the application, align on instruction lead the POC, create an rollout plan, manage the rollou3. Basis Consultant SolMan: B Grade: 2-3 years sap basis, 2 years SolMan

Experience in the field of SAP Basis Design, SAP Architecture, Implementation, Production Support Projects in large global SAP landscapes. Strong knowledge of SAP Solution Manager with multiple end-to-end implementations, process improvements, migrations to the cloud and support. Must know how to configure monitoring in SolMan setup and the necessary transactions. Rollout of the new monitoring concept for all the run systems, also creation of the instruction in service now and connect instruction and monitoring.
