Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead London to £90k

Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead (Python JavaScript React Data SQL) *Remote Interview WfH*. Would you like to work with a range of programming languages across the full stack whilst taking a lead role?

You could be progressing your career in a senior hands-on role at a successful and well funded start-up software house; the core Beta product is a multi-dimensional data analysis software suite intended to modernise and simplify sales projections for major retailers.

As a Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead you will focus on developing the data platform from interpreting requirements of stories through to implementing efficient algorithms for visualisation, ingestion and interaction with multi-dimensional data. You will be working with a range of programming languages with a focus on Python, you can also learn / improve your skills with C++ and will work on data visualisation using JavaScript and React.

You'll take a lead role, provide technical guidance / mentoring and attend stand-ups and retrospectives to ensure colleagues' are up to date with your teams' progress, informing the Engineering Manager of any likely delays or concerns.

Driven by technology the company can offer a remote interview and onboarding process as well as full-time work from home for the foreseeable with a great deal of flexibility going forwards; you may need to visit the office in South London once or twice week although this could be less - despite this you'll be supported as part of a collaborative and accomplished team where you can make a real difference.

Requirements:

You have strong Python coding skills and an understanding of C++, with a desire to improve your skills in C++

You have a good knowledge of SQL Data Warehouses and have ideally experience working with multi-dimensional data, OLAP and / or HyperCube experience would be great

You have a good working knowledge of data visualisation and JavaScript / React UI skills

You have a strong knowledge of BI / planning tools (ideally have worked on building proprietary BI platforms)

You're collaborative and pragmatic, happy working and guiding a small team remotely with a great deal of autonomy
