Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking for a progressive opportunity to join a growing team at an exciting time for the business and industry?

Excellent role on offer for a Quantity Surveyor to become part of a high growth and close-knit team who specialise in the Modular sector.

Do you have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor running large projects? Are you looking for a long term role with great progression where you can grow alongside this expanding business?

This company produce Modular buildings for the Education, Commercial and Leisure industries and are one of the leading modular companies. They have grown throughout the pandemic and are therefore looking for a Quantity Surveyor with Modular experience to join their team.

In this role you will be running reports and cost control reviews whilst providing advice and findings to the Project Managers. You will tender the projects and prepare invoices and all the take-off documents. You will be a confident communicator with contractors and your team.

This role would therefore ideally suit a Quantity Surveyor with experience working of a variety of construction projects in different sectors. You will have a sound understanding of Quantity Surveying and be able to work effectively as a team and on your own initiatives.
