Site Manager (Office - Fitout/Warehouses)

London (Site based - Sites Cover South East of England)

£30,000 - £50,000 + Car Allowance + Accommodation expenses if needed

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Site Manager (with commercial fit-out experience) to join an established independent Construction Company that offers a competitive salary along and great progression opportunities.

This well-established company prides itself on its exceptional service and through innovation and customer satisfaction they have amassed a large and varied clientele that has left them unaffected by the current pandemic.

They now require a Site Manager to provide their knowledge and managerial skills to help drive the company forward.

The ideal candidate will have commercial retail experience (predominately office and warehouses) experience and will be able to manage live environmental retail construction sites throughout the South of England on 8 and up to 20 week periods. This means the right candidate will have experience leading from the front line.The ideal candidate will have experience working within the fit out industry of Construction, with the current focus of work being within office and warehouses. Coming from a tradesman background is beneficial as the role is a hands on Site Manager role.

The Role:

* Have experience as a Site Manager in the Commercial Fit Out sector of Construction

* Managing the sites while managing the Labourers and Sub-Contractors, getting hands on if needed

The Person:

* Be willing to work all over the South of England (Site based - up to 20 weeks 1 project)

* 5 years + experience Managing Sites

* Experience in physical man management
