Senior Delivery Manager - Jira/Atlassian Team - Remote Working.We are looking for a senior delivery manager to lead a team of engineers and administrators who work across various projects and technologies within the Atlassian Suite of products. Responsible for owning, developing, configuring and supporting Atlassian products, the team cover various technologies including Jira, Confuence and Bitbucket. Though this is a strategic leadership position, a technical understanding of these products and how they work and are put together is essential for success.There are multiple work streams and projects ongoing, with the teams focussed on high quality and reliable tooling to the IT support and development teams, using agile methodologies and ITSM best practises.This is a large, global organisation with many brands and stakeholders involved and so the successful candidate will be comfortable and familiar working with a broad range of stakeholders and ideally has worked within an enterprise environment.With the support of a team leader, the Senior Delivery Manager will:Provide training, advise and mentoring to a team of Atlassian / Jira Engineers / AdminsKeep knowledge of Atlassian tools up to date and share this knowledge with the team, ensuring best practise design, implementation and operations practises are maintainedEncourage best practise and technology tools are utilisedManage third party providers and various internal stakeholders, including project managers, service managers and engineering teams.You will ideally have experience delivering Jira based CMBD (e.g. Insight) and ITAM solutions, and have knowledge of ITIL, config management, SRE principals, DevOps and Agile methodologies.This is a rapidly growing organisation going through significant technological transformation with lots of exciting challenges and opportunities to progress within the organisation.
