We are now ready to build on that with the creation of a high-profile Regulatory Practice Learning Programme - and it is here that you could take on a deeply interesting role in which you will make a tangible difference to the skills of the OfS team, and in the process, to the educational experiences of students.

This forward-thinking project is primarily focused on developing an engaging blended learning programme for OfS regulatory staff Under the guidance of the L&D Business Partner, you will - plan, manage and monitor the project to develop - this learning programme, including e-Learning, face-to-face, experiential learning, and coaching. Seeing to it that project phases and milestones are being met on time and within budget, you will identify and mitigate issues that could potentially derail your project, and you will provide the key stakeholders with regular updates. Using your understanding of outcome-based learning to help us define and develop achievable yet ambitious high quality learning opportunities and also shape how best to evaluate these. This exciting -project is being sponsored by the CEO and Directors, so you will find a great deal of support for your work.

To make the most of this challenge, you will be a Project Manager with a background in shaping, scoping and procuring outcome-based learning and development, and managing suppliers of these services. It would be hugely beneficial if you have experience in a regulatory environment, and you will be well-versed in the use of project management tools and methodologies such as project planning and risk mitigation. With the ability to prioritise and organise your own workload, you will be a motivated self-starter with good communication and collaboration skills, plus the capacity to work flexibly according to the needs of the project.
