Engineering Testing Manager

Westminster, London

£50,000 to £65,000 + Hybrid Working 2 Days a Week on Site, 3 Days a Week WFH + Package

Excellent opportunity for a Test Lead or Testing Manager from an engineering background to join a rapidly expanding company in a varied and interesting role where you can progress your career.

Through this period a lot of companies have struggled due to COVID-19, however through working with some of the biggest manufacturers in Europe, Japan, and the USA this company have continues to expand. Through growth they are looking to add a Software Testing Manager into their Development team.

In this role you will help with the transition to an agile development, overseeing the testing process and coordinating all aspects of testing and release management with the development teams.

The ideal candidate will be an experience software test lead with management and agile experience from an engineering background.

The role:

*Hybrid working, between central London and home

*Responsible for all aspects of the testing process

*Monitor & extend the Continuous Integration and Testing Infrastructure

*Manage the defect process and backlog

*Responsible for the release management process, with support from the Product Owner and Development Team Leads

*Overall responsibility for Software Quality

*Work closely with Developers and Engineering Services teams to coordinate testing activities

The person:

*Leadership or management experience

*Engineering Degree & background

*Strong testing background
