Our clients range from private individuals, all the way through to blue chip companies, and we provide high level services across a number of industry sectors including construction & development, utilities - power/water, retail - individual units and large complexes, storage and distribution, international airports, property owners/portfolio managers and the legal profession. This has resulted in a consistent increase in demand for our services, and means that as part of our planned development, we would like to take on a surveyor who will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the Company's continued development and expansion, whilst also developing their own skills and knowledge.We are a flexible and supportive company and wish to see the success of the Company, mirrored by personal success and continued development of all team members.The RoleWe are looking for a committed individual, who has the necessary experience and knowledge to carry out land and/or measured building surveys, either working alone, or as part of a team. A strong work ethic, combined with attention to detail and pride in the work you produce is vital. You will be required to follow the survey process from start to finish, from site survey measurements through to production of drawings/deliverables.Due to the nationwide coverage we offer our clients, travel is necessary, with occasional overnight stays when required.As the Company expands further, there will be opportunities for further personal/professional development, with potential for leadership/supervisory opportunities going forward.The Candidate: We are looking for an enthusiastic, capable surveyor, with enough knowledge and experience to carry out surveys either independently, or as part of a team. You must be reliable, with a strong work ethic, attention to detail and pride in the work you produce.Key Requirements:Appropriate surveying experience in the UKFamiliarity with Total Station instrumentationFamiliarity with GPS instrumentationCompetency with CAD software (AutoCAD/BRICSCAD)Full UK driving licenceHonesty and opennessFlexibility with working hours - ensuring jobs are completed within scheduleDriven to succeedCapable communicator within the team as well as with clients and other 3rd partiesDesirable:Familiarity with LSS softwareFamiliarity with using 3D laser ScannersProcessing 3D Laser Scan data (Cloudworx/Cyclone)Please click on the APPLY button to send your CV and Cover Letter for this role.Candidates with the relevant experience or job titles of; Land Surveyor, Measured Building Surveyor, CAD Software may also be considerate for this role.
