LS Retail/Support Consultant (Dynamics NAV) - £35k-£40k (60% Home-based)The RoleIts arrived………. I have been working with this client for quite some time now and being able to watch them grow from strength to strength has been amazing, they are dedicated to Dynamics NAV for Retail & Distributors, My client will literally equip you with the tools needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences.As you will be a LS Retail consultant you will be working on large scale projects with their retail clients as well as sourcing new clients to continue their growth.You will need experience on the ERP system Business Central / NAV and know the popular all in one retail solution of LS Retail. This position is around 60% Home based 40% travel to Client sites. Some of the key responsibilities for this role are as follows:Perform business requirements analysis and documentation.Contribute to project teams through workshops and ERP implementations.Train users on new process and Dynamics NAV functionality.Develop data conversion and testing strategies.Manage individual budget and scope of work.Verify User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Provide pre-go-live and post-go-live end-user support. Essential skills needed:Minimum of 1 Years' LS Retail experienceWork with multiple Implementations at one timeProven Dynamics NAV consultancy experience on NAV Business Central & D365.Confidence in both person and virtual.Minimum 3 years' experience Technical/functional experience in implementing Microsoft NAV.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple demands.
