Our client, a local manufacturer company focus on medical devices market, are actively looking for a Functional Consultants specialized in Dynamics CRM / D365 Customer Engagement. The company is based over 5 countries in Europe, and has more 1,000 employees but they keep a personal approach and flat management.We support our client in the search for their future talent particularly for several exiting IT projects. As part of the growth of our activities, we are recruiting for Functional Consultants specialized in Dynamics CRM / D365 Customer Engagement.Role ResponsibilitiesStrong functional understanding of Dynamics CRM / D365 CEResponsible for the end-to-end implementation of business processes within your expertise based on Dynamics 365 for customer engagement.Goal-oriented and analytical thinking .Good communications skills, both to customers and to the team of developers.Experience in business analysis, documentation, reporting, user training and system testingWho They Are Looking ForStrong background in technical consultancy, focusing on a CRM systemA good listener and you are able to make proposals to customers and teams.Sense of analysis and synthesis allows you to provide quality work while giving priority to meeting deadlines.Application knowledge in the field of CRM.Excellent communication skills - fluent in English Additional Desirable Skills Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE is a major asset and any knowledge of other MS technologies (Sharepoint, Azure, SSI, SSRS, MS-SQL, ...) will be a plus.Knowledge of Dutch will be a plus.
