Lead Data Engineer / DevOps Engineer (Data Analytics, AWS)

Compensation: £75,000 + 20% Bonus

Industry: Insurance (Pricing) Our Client are a Leading Pricing specialist who have created a Platform used heavily within the Insurance industry to help their customers retrieve quotes from the data available across a range of comparison sites and sources. The Platform itself is utilised by both customers and major companies alike, and leverages Cloud services in combination with Big Data, Analytics and cutting-edge technologies within its functionality.Due to a surge of demand within this sector, the Client has experienced phenomenal success during the last 12 months and are now going through a significant growth period which has brought about a requirement for an individual from a DevOps / Data Engineering to join their business and lead a newly formed, cross-functional team of Data Analytics subject matter experts, who will work side by side with the development team to scale the platform and help it evolve through existing and greenfield projects.As the team Lead, you will be hands-on and technical whilst mentoring those around you and being actively involved in growing your team over the coming 6-12 months.
