SAP ECC / EC Payroll Consultant Role:
We have various roles covering AMS and Consulting in this space.
+ Demonstrable expertise and multiple implementation experience in SAP GB Payroll and good understanding of some of the other SuccessFactors modules especially Employee Central
+ Added Advantage if certified in Employee Central / other SuccessFactors modules
+ Demonstrable expertise and experience in SAP Payroll product offer of full project life-cycle: requirements analysis, process design, blueprint documentation, specification of required developments, gap analysis, configuration, testing & production support
+ Expert in GB Payroll Schemas and Rules
+ Exposure to GB Public Sector Payroll
+ Led at least 2 full-cycle UK payroll implementations with at least 10 terms and conditions
+ Led multiple full-cycle implementations including mid-year go-lives
+ Working knowledge of mid-year payroll go-live
+ Implemented Payroll for at least 10000 employees including blue-collar and white-collar employees
+ Ability to configure the GB Payroll to suit the customer's needs
+ Self-motivated individual who is passionate about HCM, technology, working with customers, and obtaining customer success
+Technical knowledge about HCM and in particular, SAP GB Payroll and integrating with other relevant systems and touch points. Willingness to cross-skill in SuccessFactors modules as needed
+ Proven and demonstrable track record of successfully delivering customer projects and providing solutions for the resolution of complex issues. Acts to protect company reputation as one of the leading companies in the market and works to increase market position and financial growth.
+ Always meets deadlines and understands consequences and impact on the business of not doing so
+ Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving and customer facing skills. Should be a team player and demonstrate willingness to train and collaborate wherever needed
+ Recognises business risks in detail and complexity. Clarifies and escalates as required
+ Is able to translate key complex technical issues into common business language
+ Is able to operate in a matrix management environment
