Classroom Success Manager - UK Education Team Remote ContractAre you passionate about education and want to help customer succeed on their digitisation journey? As a Classroom Success Manager, you are responsible for customer success through the education and training of using Microsoft education solution in the classroom. The prevailing business priority is the customer's successful adoption and productive use of Microsoft education technologies. You are front and centre with our customers supporting their digital journey and empowering them to achieve more.My client is looking for a Classroom Success Manager (vendor) to help school and college customers use Microsoft Education solutions effectively within the classroom.We are looking for someone with a tenacious passion for education, combined with appropriate commercial skills, sales and leadership experience and understanding of education solutions in the classroom. Roles and Responsibilities Accountable for Modern Workplace workload consumption to expand strategic education customer relationships and ensure successful adoption of Microsoft tools in classrooms and education systems.Clearly support School Leaders and Educator's expected outcomes and build high quality engagement plan, inclusive of customer objectives, milestones, risks, and metrics needed to achieve them.Build, maintain and leverage strong relationships with School Leaders and Educators to:Grow usage of integrated learning solutions on the Microsoft platform with primary focus on Microsoft Teams (Office 365, School Data Sync, Teams).Drive student and educator usage by focusing on strategic Modern Classroom workloads in Office 365 (Teams with School Data Sync, Teams and OneNote).Grow and protect Windows 10 device share by creating demand for experiences specific to Microsoft 365 for Education (Office 365, Windows 10, Intune for Education).Drive awareness of and engage with Microsoft core educator programs such as Microsoft Innovative Educators to drive number of teacher advocates across the UK, as well as support CPD for every teacher in every school.Engage technical experts and partners for deployment and adoption assistance to enable smooth end to end customer processes that drive usage and help accelerate customer engagement on each workload (Office 365, Identity (AADP), Intune, School Data Sync and Autopilot).Continuously nurture and expanding your sales, industry, technology and competitive knowledge and capabilities.Providing insight and feedback from customers and partners to the Microsoft Worldwide Industry Teams to help learning and improvement in industry solutions and digital transformation offerings on strategic accounts. Skills and Experience Minimum 3 years' experience working in education sector, in any role, is essentialMinimum 3 years' experience working in a commercial business setting is essentialAccount management experience desirableExperience training on complex technology solutions, to be able to articulate the value of Microsoft solutions in educational settingsExperience using Microsoft education solutions is desirable but not essential, if the candidate can demonstrate training experience in other areasClear understanding of the UK education market, including understanding the nuances across Wales, Scotland and EnglandCustomer relationship management experience, with demonstrable sales capabilitiesLeadership experience meeting and influencing diverse academic stakeholders including educators, education partners and re-sellers and studentsStrong team player who will identify and engage colleagues as needed to support customer needsDemonstrable experience meeting and exceeding quarterly targetsExceptional presenting and storytelling capabilityDemonstrable experience collaborating and influencing across multiple stakeholder groups. Ability to work successfully across a complex, highly-matrixed environment Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills .
