We are currently looking for a number of Customer Development Consultants to join this prestigious organisation. Our client offers excellent potential for career growth, professional development, and a great personalized benefits package. There are several positions available at different levels.

The ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of promotional planning process and sales operations including pain points and knowing what is effective in terms of technology and data solutions. You will support the Customer Development lead on solutioning and designing the business' transformation and product strategy for the Customer Development pillar and support associated programmes.

Skills / Requirements

*Experience with the promotional planning process and sales operations including: technology and data solutions, promo optimization, and omni-channel including e-commerce (B2B and B2C)

*Ability to generate an End to End vision across supply chain

*Create and communicate a transformation roadmap and vision around how organizations execute and manage go to market activities relating to category and channel performance tracking, customer business plan execution, promotional and in store execution activities

*Play a key role in the sales and pursuit process to sell the pillar design and vision for integrated operations to prospective clients

*Lead and support projects spanning several practices/disciplines/geographies managing scope, risks, results, delays and profitability

*Understand concepts around Digital/online sales and marketing, understanding of different routes to market: modern trade, traditional trade, e-commerce

*Lead the development and extension of products and services and know how to communicate and market them

*Supply chain business pipeline

*Consulting operating model experience
