Job Description AEM/AEC Solution Architect

Permanent contract FocusWe are looking for a world-class Adobe Solution Architect to be part of our Global Team.The person must be action oriented, able to communicate clearly and effectively to both business and technical audiences, capable of independently solving complex business and technical challenges. MissionsAssisting in the sales process for new programme/projects, define scope and resourcingEngaging with Offer/Sector Lead to build solution based on Adobe Experience Cloud (AEC)Bringing Business/Technical thought Leadership in the context of a large scale AECAssisting in the design complex architecture using AECDefining Methodology/Best practicesAct as and AEC Ambassador within and outside of the groupMentoring/Coaching team member/animating a communitySupport Marketing initiatives and events Key activitiesa) Supporting strategic clients & the group Entities across EMEA /Solutioning teams in providing Business Case through AEC Concepts usage (content, campaign, data & Commerce)b) Assisting in the sales process for new programme/projectsc) Running Client Presentation and workshop by bringing AEC deep domain knowledged) Working in CMO/stakeholders to leverage personas, customer journeys, and data strategies to develop and implement marketing automation programse) Engaging with CMO/Sector/Offer lead Identify customer challenges and address them through business focussed solutions that are output focussedAssist in Design/Architecture/Performance/Scalability/Extensibility of AEC programmes/projects.ensure high quality of deliverables vs Best practicesmeeting/exceeding client expectations,maintaining a high degree of client satisfactiondefining key KPIs to measure success of a Marketing program / initiative. Be able to articulate and describe strategy and design to a broad spectrum of internal and external stakeholders whilst understanding commercial impactsWork on proposal (effort/cost/resourcing plan/timeline)Supporting major proposal efforts ensuring high quality, compelling story-line, and competitive pricing and marginsLiaison with the Project/Programme Manager to define dependencies and task ownership, agree timescales and manage issues & risksLeading a European AEC community and engaging in internal and external AEC related events and activitiesBillability - meeting billability targets - 50% Profile Have proven track record in leading and Managing Portal Implementations for Large Multi brand , Multi country roll outs.Understands latest trends in Content & Mktg : Conversational Experience, Chatbot, Personalization, AI based Campaigns …etcHave understanding on Digital Marketing Processes/Marketing teams - Display Marketing, Content Marketing, Social Marketing, Search Engine Marketing, ..etcThe ability to plan and implement campaigns and marketing programs (journeys) across the digital channels (search, e-mail, content marketing, marketing automation, social media, and personalization)Able to define key KPIs to measure success of a Marketing program / initiative.Good knowledge of established digital marketing solutions, and of the corresponding architecture - including knowledge of how these are embedded within a client's landscape (e.g. tag management, DMP, Agency, etc.)Work in marketing stakeholders to leverage personas, customer journeys, and data strategies to develop and implement marketing automation programsCollaborate with clients to understand the current system and new business requirementsServe as an advisor and problem solver to clients and partners to assist them in optimizing their use of the Experience Cloud to successfully define, build and run these applications on behalf of the clientReview technical specification and ensure completenessBuild, execute, and deliver accurate audience data for assigned campaigns using marketing automation

KnowledgeExperience Adobe Experience Cloud 6.4Adobe Experience manager (Sites, Assets & target)Adobe AnalyticsAdobe Marketing (AC & ACS )Adobe CampaignNice to haveMarketo, Dynamics MediaE-commerce experienceMagento/Salesforce commerce Experience- 10+ years overall experience in technology, ideally working on large scale enterprise wide technology projects (CMS/DMP/UI/UX/Marketing)- 5+ years in Solutions or Enterprise Architecture- 5+ years of Adobe Experience Cloud- Have several experiences of Adobe multi-cloud platform, Analytics & Target supporting AEM Sites or Adobe Campaign + Audience Manager for example. Qualifications- Intensive Travel across Europe- Interpersonal skills- Onshore/offshore experience
