£18,000 - £24,000 Our Company: We provide IT & Security Managed Services to SMEs (primarily based in Central London/South). We have a big focus on Security as we have just been issued our ISO27001 accreditation. We ensure best practice is adopted at all times and we always advise our clients with security in mind. We do not cut corners and ensure every customer has a good baseline of security. Location: We will have an office based in Hook. There will be site visits required to surrounding areas & London (travel expenses paid). You will need to hold a full UK driving licence & have a car (mileage will be paid for site visits from the Office location). About you: You will need to have a proactive and positive can do attitude. We always strive to go above and beyond for our Customers to ensure a positive experience is always received. An excellent telephone and face to face manner is required with solid customer service and service delivery experience. Experience: You must have been working in a multi-tenant environment and have the ability to handle multiple Incidents.
