As a Lead consultant you will be expected to both identify and define problems, propose and define solutions, act as a project guide, contribute to proposal development, client training and specific internal capability-building. The appropriate candidate for this role has:Relevant experience in CRM domain and relevant experience in Salesforce implementationsRelevant experience with Salesforce Service, Sales, Community and Marketing Cloud.Capable of conducting requirement-gathering sessions, translating Salesforce features to business users and taking part in designing solutions.Solid understanding of implementation best practices and well able to configure and work along the rest of the team to build Salesforce solutions.Solid understanding of Waterfall and Agile implementation methodologiesCertified as Salesforce admin and either Sales or Service clouds.
