Automation Developer - Inverness, Scottish Highlands
Salary - £40,000 to 55,000 plus good benefits package

We are currently looking for an Automation Developer to join a leading, innovative and prestigious organisation. Based in Inverness in the beautiful Scottish Highlands, our client offers excellence in career growth, professional development and a coveted personalised benefits package.
As Automation Developer, you will assist in the management and Administration of our Monitoring and Automation platforms to support our service offering to our customer. You will take the role of a SME in automation, monitoring and systems management. Responsible for technical development of the platforms and resolving day to day issues. You must be flexible and willing to sometimes work outside of core hours.
KEY SKILLS
Experience in SOME of the following (please note not all areas are essential):
? Experience working with monitoring solutions
? Experience of a Systems Management toolsets
? Experience working with automation solutions
? Understanding of Windows, Unix, Linux Operating systems
? Ability to develop code in Python or PowerShell
? Understanding CICD Principles
? Experience of developing infrastructure as Code solutions
? Experience of Nagios based monitoring systems
? Experience of Automation Orchestration systems
? Experience of working to Agile principles
Knowledge or Experience of some of the following technologies ideally:
? Database
? Containerisation
? Virtualisation
? Cloud Platforms
? Security Tooling
? Network {SNMP}
