Job Title: Junior IT Support Hero / IT Support Engineer / IT TechnicianLocation: WatfordSalary: £18,000 - £22,000 depending on experienceJob Type: Permanent, Full TimeAbout us:We are a successful small Watford-based business looking for an IT Support Hero to join our team. For the last 17 years, we have been supplying Managed Services and IT Support to primary schools in the area. Expanding through reputation and word of mouth, we provide trusted virtual IT management and technical support to the schools.The role:As our IT Support Hero, you will be responsible for front line support providing onsite, telephone, email and remote support. You will be based at primary schools in and around Watford. Some support tasks can be carried out from home.Each day you will be visiting 2 to 3 schools. Every school has regular weekly visits of approximately 2-3 hours during term time. Large project and installation work is carried out during school holidays.About you:We would like to hear from ambitious IT Support professionals who want to join a busy company in an active role.
