Key Account Manager (Solar PV)

Ireland (international travel)

£60,000-70,000 + phone + laptop + pension + bonus

Excellent opportunity for a BDM/account manager who has experience with Solar PV Inverters to join the leading global manufacturer for the new energy power generation market, offering autonomy, responsibility and play a vital part in the company's growth and success in the UK market.

This company specialise in designing and manufacturing of new energy power generation equipment such as PV inverters and Energy Storage Systems, emphasising the importance of providing clean energy throughout the world.

In this role, you will deliver profitable growth from both new and existing accounts, advise sales plans/strategies, review contracts in the UK and Ireland.

The successful candidate will come from an account management or BDM within the Solar sector, have a technical aptitude and be commercially aware. You will need to be happy with travelling around the Ireland and the UK, including a trip to China.

This is a fantastic role for someone with a technical sales background with experience in the renewable energy sector to get into global a company that will offer you a varied, technical interesting role where you will be a vital cog in the wheel of the UK operation.

*Drive new sales of central and string inverters into the Irish Solar PV market.

*Account Management of existing market leading Solar PV developers, and several other key accounts.

*Report as necessary on sales activities, competition, and customer responsiveness.

*Devise sales plans and strategies as necessary to hit KPIs and targets.

*Occasionally, you will meet the other colleagues from the UK in the their Office in Milton Keynes

The person:

*Proven sales/BDM experience within the Solar sector

*Have a technical aptitude and commercial awareness

*Experienced in Solar PV and inverters

*Happy to travel both Nationwide and internationally
