We are currently looking for experienced Business Systems Administration and Data Manager, EMEA for SFDC to work on Top Pharma Projects The job purpose is being the Business Systems Administration and Data Group will be part of the Business Solutions group. Responsible for supporting SalesForce.com, Esker and Marketo platforms and data maintenance within assigned region (e.g. EMEA) including the delivery of small enhancements and services in partnership with stakeholders ResponsibilitiesResponsible for data quality and data accuracy.Assists the different functions and business units in data analysis, data profiling, data modelling, and data mapping capabilities.Responsible for understanding end-to-end data flows and identifying data dependencies in support of delivery, release, and change management.Responsible for the local implementation and maintenance of the enterprise data dictionary, and end-to-end data flows/transformations.Partners with data governance lead to ensure solutions adhere to the organization's data principles and guidelines.Responsible for the support of the 700 users of salesforceSupervise business systems activities (e.g., SalesForce.com) and act as the lead of "Power Users" across the assigned region (e.g., EMEA). Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment with internal methodology and best practicesManage the scheduling, distribution of work, and handling of new user requests while achieving/exceeding team performance metrics; Resolve performance issuesPropose and oversee the execution of configuration changes as well as providing recommendations on the design and development of system enhancementsLead investigations and/or corrective actions, perform non-conformance investigations for review with team members, propose solutions and assure documentation content is validSupport complex improvement projectsGuide and mentor team membersOther incidental duties Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in related fieldIn-depth technical knowledge and experience in the assigned work area, and substantial experience related to SalesForce Required.Proven experience in coordinating support teams.Five + years of hands-on data experience, with a demonstrated increase of responsibilities over time.Five + years of leading salesforce administrationUnderstanding of key DBMS platforms like SQL Server, Oracle and DB2.Knowledge and expertise in data modelling and management techniques and strategies.Proven project management expertiseTechnical expertise in data architecture principles and designExperience working in a medical device industry preferredFluent in English required What do we offerSalary range according to your professional experience from 50.000EUR - 55.000EUR gross year + Bonus + Social Benefits (according to your experience).Perm ContractWorking in top Pharma ProjectsFull remote
