I am working with a UK Tech based Start Up who are looking for a Technical Team Lead to join their R&D team for work on an exciting project. The company are based just outside North London near Hemel Hempstead, commutable from High Wycombe, Aylesbury, Luton, Watford, and London, however, they are opening a site in Sheffield which you may also choose to work from. The company work on all things AI and Visual tools and services to bring the best products for the consumer, within this position, you will be joining an existing team to further develop the Unity based real-world simulator. You will be tasked with creating character animation, automation of asset production and maintaining high quality and real life visual appearance for the simulator all on a large scale environment of simulation API. Develop Tools to automate aspects of the asset production, and user-facing tools for linking/sequencing animations. Finally, as the Team Lead, you will need to be able to manage and create development plans for the work of the team, establish and run agile and track the execution of the design work to the plan.
