Customer Engagement Architect - Copenhagen - PermanentSalary - TBCMy client has 5+ years' experience of creating secure Cloud solutions which are customised to individual companies' needs. They are purely focused on delivering cutting edge Cloud Solutions to customers in a faster, cheaper and more secure manner than any traditional service provider.They are currently looking for a Customer Engagement Architect to join their team. The successful candidate will have experience in project management, sales, and technology, as the role encompasses all of these things. Responsibilities Technical Break down business requirements into technical specificationsLead technology decisions and facilitate and articulate alternativesExecute technical proof of conceptsPrepare technical input for offersAct as Technical Leader in project, including completing more complex tasksSupervise technical quality and set priorities for others Sales Create Scopes of Work e.g. generate smaller deals based on current projects/relationships Project Management Play a key role in the Envision and Planning of the project. In many cases, create FDD, TDD, HLD, Project PlanAct as Technical lead in all phases of the project,Orchestrate and ensure the project goes smoothly by connecting all stakeholders (developers, admins, customer business, customer IT)Facilitate meetings with a customerAct as Single project point of contact for customer and clientEnsure project is delivered within:Hour budgetQuality (Customer Satisfaction)TimeWork on-site to ensure proper solution design and deploymentPerform solution hand-over and sign proof of executionWork on up to 4 projects at the same time as Project Owner.
