Administrative Business Partner vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company.

Your experience/skills:Professional experience in an administrative role for senior management, involving calendar management, event planning, leading projects, travel scheduling, booking and budgetingExperience in an administrative role working in a technology or international environmentAbility to build and maintain constructive working and communications relationships with a diverse communityStrong business judgment, professional etiquette and adherence to an expectation of complete confidentiality on all business mattersOutstanding communication, project, and stakeholder management skills, combined with Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experienceLanguages: English, fluent in written and spoken, German is an advantage

Your tasks:Overtaking administrative tasks such as strategically managing calendars, booking travel, scheduling facilities and equipment, and managing budgetsManaging and leading projects of different magnitudeDefining and improving processes and procedures independentlyPlanning logistics for various team off-sites and eventsActing as the pulse of the team and a trusted advisor to the Leadership team
