We are looking for a delivery manager and agile coach with in-depth knowledge of lean agile approaches to support our small in-house cross-functional team (2 designers, 2 developers, 1 UX, 5 content) and wider department in creating innovative, effective digital solutions for external and internal audiences.

This exciting role is a key part of our goal to continuously improve both our website (which supports strategic objectives related to student recruitment, research income and reputation) and intranet (ensuring an excellent experience for current students and staff).

You will have a lean mindset, a thorough understanding of the benefits of different agile approaches and a passion to help the team achieve their potential.

Experience of rapidly delivering high-quality improvements to digital products is a must, as is balancing the demand for new work with the current backlog, internal support requests and technical debt. The ability to nurture relationships with a few key suppliers (both internal and external) is also essential.

You'll need to be highly organised, approachable, calm under pressure and have excellent communication skills.

The role reports to the Head of Digital Communications and line manages our Digital Support Officer.

This post is full time and open-ended.

Salary: £33,797 - £40,322 per annum (Grade 6)
