Are you a Project Manager specialising within Transformation & Change looking for your next immediately available long term contract role?
Are you looking to work within a leading Transformation Team working on innovative projects?
On offer is a fantastic opportunity for a long-term contract role working on complex projects arising through the transition out of lockdown.
The role will involve establishing organisational improvements to ensure new and effective ways of working across the organisation while maintaining and ensuring a high performing, creative & inclusive environment.
The role:Develop, lead, manage and implement a range of complex and innovative projectsResearch and analyse opportunities to establish new efficient and effective ways of workingPerformance Management - ensuring a high performing, creative & inclusive environmentManage, review and resolve any issues relating to budgets, financial information and resources
The Person:Previous experience managing similar types of Transformation / Change projects is essential for this roleRelevant professional qualification (degree or equivalent)An Innovative & creative problem solverAble to communicate across all levels of an organisation in order to bring about effective change managementknowledge and understanding of relevant current legislation, regulations and codes of practice
