JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title:Digital Product Owner - Oil & Gas UpstreamInside IR35 Location:Sunbury/UK Department/Practice: Computer Consultancy Job Purpose and primary objectives: Work with O&G upstream domain experts to incorporate feature requests into product roadmap Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team): Essential: ? Minimum 5 years of hand-on Product owner experience ? Work with upstream domain experts to incorporate feature requests into product roadmap ? Backlog refinement and prioritisation (on ADO) ? Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria ? Set sprint goals ? Lead sprint reviews ? Lead the development team ? Write acceptance tests ? Plan releases and upgrades ? Follow progress of work and work with squad members to address production issues during sprints ? Analyze preferences and requests of end users ? Refine our agile methodology based on results and client feedback ? Keep track of industry trends ? Industry domain experience ? Familiarity with agility ? Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle ? Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies (particularly in Salesforce) ? Team spirit and good communication abilities ? Good organizational skills Desirable: ? bp Wells domain experience ? Professional Scrum Product Ownership (PSPO) certification Role Deliverables: ? Own the development of the product backlog for strategic applications in the Wells Business and Risk Portfolio ? Prioritize the needs of end users and key domain experts within wells ? Lead the development squads and oversee the work delivered ? Run Change Leader Network sessions ? Ensure operational integrity of the product(s) ?
