HR Change Project Manager: TOM, ORG Design HR Change Project Manager: TOM, ORG Design The work location is based in London 5 Month Contract Pay rate is between £550 - £600 Per Day PAYE Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications HR background with significant experience of Org DesignPrior experience working in variety of business lines/customer groupsProven track record of working as a Business AnalystAttention to detail with willingness to 'roll up the sleeves' when requiredSix Sigma - preferredConfidence and ability to interact with/influence senior executive stakeholders.High level of understanding of expatriate issuesUnderstanding of diversity and inclusionStrong 'team' skills promoting an environment of co-operation and trust, overcoming resistance where encountered.Strong prioritising, organisational and time management abilities.Strong verbal and written communications skills. Principal Accountabilities: Manage Project Image (6 months) to ensure alignment of IM HR processes and practices with HR TOM. The role holder has end to end responsibility for all aspects of the Project, defining and planning the Project, controlling execution and managing implementationLiaison with all GSOs in HRProcess reengineering and co-ordination of IM HR processesPrepare content for project workstreams supporting the alignment of IM Support Model with the HR TOM.Liaison with workstream members where necessary and following through on agreed actions to ensure momentum of work is maintained.Drive Project delivery proactively balancing scope, schedule, interdependencies, budget and risks.Exercise independent initiative to overcome obstacles and deal with uncertainty.Define and implement effective Project governance frameworks helping in decision making.Set high expectations concerning quality and put in place quality assurance processesManage relationships with internal stakeholders.Report progress, issues, dependencies, risks and make recommendations to influence decision making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realization.Deliver results through subject matter experts, global and regional stakeholdersEnsure IM non talent related activities are managed appropriately, engaging the relevant stakeholders at appropriate points throughout the Project management life cycle.Provides regular/timely status updates on Project milestones and provision of information to the Group Head of Talent Strategy, GSO, Consultancy and GovernanceEnsure global consistency whilst taking regional and country needs into consideration Customers / Stakeholders Ensure that there is timely and effective communication between relevant team members and key stakeholders within HR and with the businesses as appropriate Leadership & Teamwork Develop and sustain effective working relationship with the Group Talent, HR Advisory, Employee Relations, Global Mobility and Employment LegalInfluence decision making through collaboration and insights by Group Head of Talent Strategy, GSO Consultancy and Governance Operational Effectiveness & ControlThe jobholder will adhere to and be able to demonstrate adherence to internal controls. This will be achieved by adherence to all relevant procedures, keeping appropriate records and, where appropriate, by the timely implementation of internal and external audit points, including issues raised by external regulators.
