You will have significant experience as a test automation engineer, ideally with a relevant degree or professional qualification to underpin it. In addition, we are looking for you to Have expert knowledge of both black box and white box testing, test management and relevant legislation Have experience testing software systems based on Oracle and Microsoft .NET technologies Have significant experience working in an agile / lean software development environment Be well versed in writing test scripts, conducting software testing, review outputs, resolve defects and be able to communicate the output to a wider range of stakeholders Good knowledge of test management, estimation, monitoring and control Be articulate and credible, building relationships with stakeholders throughout the organisation Be a team-player who enjoys working with and managing a wide range of senior stakeholders. About us At NHSBT, we set standards that other healthcare organisations aspire to. We champion a truly progressive mind-set in which we all want to raise our standards wherever possible, so you will find an exceptional workplace in which to implement your skills. In turn, we can offer a friendly working environment in which colleagues genuinely enjoy the work that they are doing, enhanced by exceptional training and development opportunities. You will also have access to a generous benefits package that includes plenty of annual leave, a competitive pension, multiple staff discounts and a great work/life balance. So, if you are ready to put your skills to the test in an organisation that will challenge you to think bigger and better, then you will be a natural fit in our team.  We are passionate about creating an inclusive workplace and aim to reflect the diverse communities we work with and positively encourage applications from all sectors of the community.
