The Role:

* Service coordinator / technical administrator

* Take customer calls, book jobs, writing up engineering reports to pass on

* Planning and scheduling service engineers diaries

* Office based day shift role in Southampton

The Person:

* Service Coordinator / Technical Administrator experience or similar

* Experience using a CRM System

* Excellent planning and organisation skills

* Competent using Microsoft packages

* Commutable to Southampton
