General Information:Start date: 01.05.2021Duration: 31.12.2021Extension: Yes, on request and showed performanceWorkload: 100%Work location: Basel areaTraveling: noRemote: Flexible, once restrictions are lifted, in alignment with LM Tasks & Responsibilities Define, plan and lead the execution of a wide range of project workflows and tasks while balancing the competing demands of scope, time, cost, quality, resources and risk to define the requirements for a high quality IT solution for the process digitisation of site logistics, ensure user acceptance testing by the business and successfully roll out the IT solution to the business.Identify, acquire, and lead multifunctional, project teamsEnsure project objectives/requirements are clear and agreed to by all stakeholdersManage relationships with various IT and business stakeholders to achieve project objectivesFacilitate project management activities across the entire project management methodologyEnsure successful and timely completion of deliverablesTrack progress against baseline schedulePlan, baseline and control costs to ensure projects are completed within approved budget.Manage project priorities and ensure adherence to the agreed scopeMonitor, document and gain approval for changes to schedule, cost or project scopeIdentify and apply systematic quality activities to ensure that project employ all processes needed to meet Computer System Validation directivesConduct risk and issue management planning, identification, analysis and monitoring on projects.Formulate risk and issue mitigation strategies; recommend and implement solutions.Ensure delivery of project in compliance with CSV and PMM guidelines.Formulate risk and issue mitigation strategies; recommend and implement solutions.Ensure delivery of project in compliance with CSV and PMM guidelines.
