Do you have experience of managing and leading a small team? They have seen massive growth over the past 2 years and work with a number of growing sectors within food manufacturing, advanced manufacturing, energy and distribution. They have navigated well through the recent pandemic and have subsequently won multiple high profile contracts and are therefore looking to recruit a Commercial Manager that will be instrumental in the future growth of the business.As the Commercial Manager you will play an integral part of their client facing team, playing a key role in ensuring client projects are effectively planned, and that they are delivered on time and to budget. You will oversee the preparation of capital cost estimates, preparing pricing documents, commercial evaluation and contract negotiations. You will lead a small team of quantity surveyors where you will be looking to develop the team through CPD.This exciting opportunity would therefore ideally suit a Commercial Manager who is a qualified Quantity Surveyor who has experience of managing or mentoring a small team who is hands on but looking to join a growing company where you will play an instrumental part to the future success of the company.
