Project Manager - Junior Project Manager - Digital - Project Support - Project Plans - Action Logs - Stakeholder Management - Project Co-ordinatorJunior Digital Project Manager or project co-ordinator with stakeholder management, project support, minor budgeting and project management on a small scale from design to delivery needed for an 18 month contract.£21.86 per hour (umbrella only)Bristol/Remote for foreseeable18 months contractThe government client needs a Project Manager within accommodation, to coordinate their return to the office and other office facility requirements. Must have property experienceMust have:

o Project management experience - ability to lead on small scale projects (managing structured project plans, managing multiple stakeholders (e.g, HR, internal communications, procurement, Estate, Health and Safety), progressing multiple workstreams at the same time, creating action logs, animating project meetings)

o Excellent problem solving skills

o Excellent communications and interpersonal skills - written and oral

o Experience managing projects with real estate / health and safety / HR policy and communications components - e.g., office moves

o Excellent attention to details

o Excellent time management with an ability to juggle multiple tasks at once* Nice to have:

o Experience of implementing hybrid ways of working (e.g., ICT hardware and software requirements for hybrid meetings)

o Good understanding of Health and Safety requirements as part of the Covid government guidelinesWhat they will be working on:

* Plan and implement the return to the office working closely with the Workplace Support Manager, HR, Procurement and Internal Communications Manager and Service Lead for Digital & Technology

o Work with procurement to assess the costs and implement the procurement process for the office refit / additional office space if required / ICT equipment

o Work with the Workplace Support Manager to implement office refit in line with government deadline of 21 June

o Work with the Democratic Services team to support the return to in-person public meetings

o Work with HR to edit current policies to prepare for a hybrid way of working

o Work with internal comms to promote new rules
