Electrical Quality Supervisor (EV Charge Points)Leeds£30'000 - £35'000 + Training + Pension + Holidays

Excellent opportunity for a quality supervisor to join an ambitious and rapidly-expanding company in the renewable sector in a pivotal role where you will receive training on EV charge point systems and be a vital cog in the wheel within the business.

This company specialise in the installation of EV charging equipment to domestic and commercial properties. The UK Government are set to ban the sale of petrol and diesel cars from 2030 as part of their Green Plan to accelerate the transition to electric vehicles. As a result there is now a substantial need for EV charging systems to be installed across the UK.

In this role you will be responsible for assessing and maintaining the quality of electrical work across the business ensuring installations are completed to regulatory standards. You will offer support to engineers on site, review electrical certificates and assess surveys and complexity of impending jobs to help with allocation of work.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar quality supervisor role, or will be a fully qualified electrician looking to come off the tools.

The role:

*Assessing quality of installations ensuring regulatory standards are met

*Review electrical certificates

*Provide support to engineers on site

*Assessing surveys and complexity of impending orders

*Mainly office based, occasional travel to sites

The person:

*Previous experience in a quality supervisor role

*NVQ Level 2&3 Electrical Installation

*18th Edition

*C&G 2391 Test and Inspection

*EV charge point experience / qualifications desirable

*Full UK Driving License
